The room rate includes use of our Wi-Fi, a generous breakfast buffet, access to the wellness and fitness area, and admission to the Loxone Experience Zone. A bathing bag with a bathrobe is available at the reception desk for a deposit, which will of course be refunded when you return it.

How do I get to the Loxone Campus?
Nestled in the gentle hills of the Mühlviertel, right next to the German border, our Loxone Campus is located in Kollerschlag (Upper Austria). How to get here by car, train, plane, bus or taxi is described under Arrival.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Our hotel accepts the following debit and credit cards: EC Maestro, Mastercard, Visa. You are also welcome to pay the total amount by bank transfer before arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of arrival, your booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room.
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 am.
Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability at an extra charge and on request – binding confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival.
Do I have Internet access throughout the hotel?
Free high-speed Internet is available throughout the Loxone Campus.
Are parking spaces available at the Loxone Campus?
Sufficient free parking spaces and 40 e-charging stations are available directly at the Loxone Campus. It is also possible to book pitches for camper vans.
Are pets allowed on the Loxone Campus?
As much as for many people their best friend on four legs is part of their vacation happiness, we also respect that there are people who want to enjoy their vacation in a hotel without pets (allergies, fear, …). Your pet is therefore unfortunately not allowed to accompany you to the Loxone Campus.
Is a deposit required?
For a deposit by credit card, we need your credit card number, the expiration date and the name of the cardholder. Please give us these details by phone on +43 7287 7070-601. Your data will be deleted by us immediately after debiting.
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Our hotel is not specifically geared to the needs and wishes of families and children. However, families are of course very welcome! Children up to 6 years stay free of charge in the room of a full-paying guest.
