Air conditioning
The temperature in your hotel room automatically regulates itself to the optimum comfort temperature. If you do want to intervene in the automatic room control, you can do so at any time with the Touch Pure Flex.
Allergy sufferers
You are welcome to inform us of your allergies and intolerances at the time of booking or at reception. Our blankets, pillows and bed linen are ideally suited for allergy sufferers thanks to the high-quality materials.
Arrival
Your room will be ready for occupancy at 3 pm on the day of arrival. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and at an extra charge.

There is a Raiffeisen bank and a savings bank (Sparkasse) directly in Kollerschlag.
Bar
Our Glorious Bastards Bar is open for you from Sunday to Wednesday until 12 am and from Thursday to Saturday until 2 am.
Bathrobe
A bathing bag with bathrobe is available at the reception for a small deposit. You can purchase the Loxone Campus bathrobe for your home in the hotel shop.
Breakfast
Our rich breakfast buffet is served daily. On weekdays we are ready for you from 7:00 to 9:30 am, on weekends from 7:30 to 10:30 am.

Your cell phone battery is empty and you have forgotten your charger at home? You can obtain a suitable charger or adapter for your cell phone from our reception.
Check-out
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 10 am. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and for an additional charge. Simply get in touch with our reception team.

Environment
Help save precious water and protect the environment. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, you will receive a voucher for a free drink at our Glorious Bastards. All you have to do is press the “Do not clean room” button in the hallway.
Excursion tips
In addition to the numerous hiking and cycling trails, there is plenty to experience in the surrounding area: Peilstein 3D archery course, Bohemian Forest Park, Schöneben high ropes course, Schlägl Abbey Brewery, Villa Sinnenreich, Donabauer Candle World. Our reception team will be happy to help you find the ideal activity.
Experience Zone
Nowhere else will you experience the world of home and building automation as impressively and inspiringly as with us. With your room card you can visit the Experience Zone daily from 8 am to 9 pm.

For your safety, you will find a plan of the escape routes on the wardrobe side directly next to the entrance.
Fitness
On our 100 m² “playground” you can work out around the clock on our sports equipment. There is also a large activity room for your meditation or yoga session.

The BP gas station Kasberger is located directly next to the Loxone Campus. In addition to a small shop, it also has a car wash. Opening hours: Mon–Sun 5 am – 11 pm.

Included services
Included in the room price is the use of our Wi-Fi, a rich breakfast buffet, access to the wellness and fitness area, a bathing bag with bathrobe, as well as entry to the Loxone Experience Zone.

Light
The lighting on the entire Loxone Campus works completely automatically. However, if you want to change the lighting mood in your room, you can do so at any time using the Touch Pure Flex.
Local tax
The local tax is € 2.40 per night and person. The amount is not included in the accommodation price and will be added directly to your bill.
Lost property
All items found at the Loxone Campus are stored at the reception and kept safe for 6 months after departure.

Mattress
Our high-quality mattresses with emc® special foam were developed together with the company Träumeland. Because we know how valuable restful sleep is.
Medication
Due to legal regulations, we are not allowed to dispense medication to guests. We will be happy to tell you at reception which doctor or pharmacy is on call.
Minibar
Our suites are equipped with fridges with fresh drinks, available to you at any time.
Music
Together with the loudspeaker company Quadral, the entire Loxone Campus was equipped with high-end loudspeakers – for ultimate sound in all rooms.

Night light
The “Basic light night” lighting scene is activated in your hotel room between 9:30 pm and 7:15 am. The brightness of the Touch Pure Flex displays next to your bed is reduced and a pleasant night light guides you on your way to the bathroom.

Our own parking spaces are available to you free of charge. Use at your own risk, we accept no liability for damage.

Pool
You can swim in the 20-meter-long outdoor infinity pool at a pleasant temperature. To save energy, you will usually find the pool closed. You can easily open it yourself at any time using the button next to it.

You will find the bus stop in the town center (Kollerschlag Pendlerparkplatz). Information on the individual bus connections can be found at www.ooevv.at.

You will receive a room card on arrival. For security reasons, we would like to point out that any loss must be reported to reception immediately. The card must be handed in on departure.

Sauna
Enjoy our Finnish and bio sauna with fabulous panoramic views every day from 4 pm to 9 pm. Our reception will be happy to heat up the saunas for you outside opening hours on request. Please note that the sauna area is textile-free.
Shiatsu
Experience deep relaxation with a 50-minute Shiatsu session – every Saturday morning between 8 am and 12 pm. Please register at the reception.
Smoking
The entire Loxone Campus is a non-smoking area. We ask that you only use the terrace for smoking. You will also find ashtrays there.
Suitcase depot
We will be happy to store your luggage safely for you in a separate room in the event of early arrival or late departure.
