Supplements
The following supplements replace or supplement the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006).
Deposit
Deposit by credit card: we need your credit card number, the expiration date and the name of the cardholder. Please give us these details by phone on +43 7287 7070-601. Your data will be deleted by us immediately after debiting.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions for seminars/conferences/events:
- > 60 days: cancellation free of charge
- > 30 days: 40 % of the total costs
- > 7 days: 70 % of the total costs
- > 1 day: 90 % of the total costs
- Non-arrival: 100 %
Cancellation conditions for hotel rooms:
- > 14 days: cancellation free of charge
- > 7 days: 50 % of the cancelled rooms
- > 1 day: 90 % of the cancelled rooms
- Non-arrival: 100 %
Services
If you do not make use of certain hotel services, such as breakfast or included non-cash benefits (gifts, admission tickets or similar), there is no entitlement to a refund. From the day of arrival or after arrival, 100 % of the total booked services will be charged.
Children’s prices
- 0 to 6 years – free of charge
- 7 to 15 years – € 60
Prices per child and night in the room of a full-paying guest.
Disclaimer
The use of our supporting programme or hotel offer is at your own risk. Neither the staff nor Loxone Campus GmbH provide any insurance cover. Any liability of the employees and of Loxone Campus GmbH for personal injury and damage to property is excluded. By making use of our offer, the disclaimer is accepted.
Supplement booking / conclusion of contract / data protection
When making an enquiry or booking or concluding a contract, you agree that your personal data (such as address, date of birth, gender …) as well as health or dietary requirements (such as vegan/vegetarian, lactose-free diet, gluten intolerance …) may be used and stored by Loxone Campus GmbH in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Data that has nothing to do with the performance of the contract and is not subject to a statutory retention period can be deleted at any time. Mail to booking@loxone-campus.com.
Booking information
Prices are valid in the indicated category, are from-prices per person unless otherwise stated, and exclude the local tax. Children are charged according to the price list. Additional nights can be booked individually according to the price list. Services not consumed cannot be redeemed in cash or reimbursed.
On the day of arrival, your booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room. Departure by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability at an extra charge and on request – binding confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival. Transfer/shuttle service on request, for a fee.
Company holidays
We have our well-deserved company holidays over Christmas, and the entire Loxone Campus is closed.
Loxone Campus GmbH has the right to extend these hotel terms and conditions at any time. We nevertheless retain our domiciliary rights, so persons may be refused entry without giving reasons.
