ADDITIONAL TERMS

The following amendments replace or supplement the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006).

DEPOSIT

To confirm and guarantee your booking, we kindly request you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 7 days after booking. If the payments are not received on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to our bank account or conveniently with your credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Your booking is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit and you have been sent your booking confirmation.

To avoid costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you to arrange a cancellation insurance. Therefore we will announce our partner very soon, but you are welcome to use your own insurance company. The premium amount of the cancellation insurance depends on the total amount of your booking.

When making a bank transfer, please indicate your first name, last name/company name and reservation number in the “payment reference” field.

Deposit by credit card:
It is necessary to provide your credit card number, the expiration date and the name of the cardholder. You are welcome to send us the data by e-mail to booking@loxone-campus.com or by phone at +43 7287 7070-601. Your data will be deleted by us immediately after debiting.

SERVICES

If you do not make use of certain hotel services, such as breakfast or included material assets (gifts, tickets or similar), there is no right to a refund. From the day of arrival or after the arrival 100% of the total booked service will be charged.

CHILDREN’S PRICES

0 to 6 years – free of charge
7 to 15 years – € 80
Prices per child and night in the room of a full-paying person.

DISCLAIMER

The utilization of our program / hotel offer is at your own risk. Neither the staff nor the Loxone Campus GmbH assume any insurance coverage. Any liability towards staff as well as Loxone Campus GmbH for personal injury and property damage is excluded. With the use of our offer, the exclusion of liability is accepted.

ADDITION TO BOOKING / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT / DATA PROTECTION

With your request / booking / conclusion of the contract you agree that your personal data (such as address, birth data, gender ….), as well as health or dietary forms (such as vegan / vegetarian, lactose-free diet, gluten intolerance, …) may be used and stored by Loxone Campus GmbH to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A deletion of the data, which has nothing to do with the expiration of the contract and is subject to the legal retention period, is possible at any time. Mail to booking@loxone-campus.com.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Prices are valid in the indicated category, are from-prices per person, unless otherwise stated and plus local tax. With only one full-paying person or double room as a single room, we charge a surcharge of € 20,- per night. Children are charged according to the price list. Additional nights can be booked individually according to the price list. Services not consumed cannot be redeemed or refunded in cash.

On the day of arrival, the booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you move into your room. Departure until 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability at an extra charge and on request – binding confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival. Transfer / shuttle service on request, for a fee.

COMPANY VACATION

Over Christmas and New Year’s Eve the hotel and the complete Loxone Campus will be closed for our well-deserved company vacation.

The Loxone Campus GmbH has the right to extend the hotel contract conditions constantly and at any time and we are still entitled to the house right. Therefore, persons can be denied access without giving reasons.
