Start your day with our lavish breakfast buffet, available daily from 7:30 to 9:30 AM. Look forward to a variety of fresh dishes and enjoy unlimited coffee to energize your day.

LUNCH
(11:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

At lunchtime, from Monday to Friday between 11:30 and 13:30, expect daily varying culinary creations. Choose from two menus, complemented by a fresh salad buffet and our soup of the day. Please note that our lunch selection differs from the regular Glorious Bastards menu.

DINNER
(from 5:00 PM or 11:30 AM)

We offer you evening moments of delight with the Glorious Bastards menu , available daily from 5:00 PM. On weekends, we invite you to choose from our diverse selection of dishes starting at 11:30 AM.

About us

Welcome to the
World of the 3 Bastards!

„THE BAKER, THE BUTCHER & THE BREWER“ stands for crispy pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, juicy burgers & steaks from the grill, and the finest craft beer served from a directly fired brew kettle. Organic ingredients fresh from the region are just as present in the stylish restaurants as the central element of fire. This element is omnipresent. Not only in the kitchen, but also in the soul!

We didn’t have to search for the first bastard – it was basically born in our cradle. With much love and patience, master brewer Hans Eder brews the highly decorated RASCHHOFER beers in the family brewery. The unique fire-heated brew kettle made of copper, was ultimately the cornerstone for everything we then created.

 

The second bastard we had already found a year earlier in Italy. Pizza guru Guido Medeot had convinced us of his craftsmanship with his passion and his self-built wood-fired oven Apecar and lit the fire for real pizzas in us.

Amsterdam, late summer 2015: enveloped by the smoke of the barbecue and a few beers, it has sparked for the third time with Kasper Stuart.
The BBQ icon from Antwerp completed our search for a concept that embodies honesty, simplicity and a great love for the product.

Glorious Bastards stands for open fire and smoke aromas, the best meat from professional ageing, crispy pizzas and juicy burgers. But why not a salad, or two small bites for the small hunger? It tastes good just reading it.
