We request data from you in forms on the website. This data includes information such as first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, address. In addition, we ask for your consent to process the information in your request.
We also take data protection within the company very seriously. Our employees have been obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.
2.3 USE OF YOUR DATA FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

2.4 INFOMAIL
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending an infomail or newsletter, i.e. we will only send you an infomail by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the infomail service. We will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our information e-mails by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail.
If you no longer wish to receive information e-mails from us, you can object to this at any time. A notification in text form to the contact details stated under point 1 (e.g. e-mail, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. Of course you will also find an unsubscribe link in every Infomail.
To make sure that your ‘Find a partner’ request via one of our forms has been processed correctly, we will send you a confirmation e-mail after a short time. This does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter unless you have requested to subscribe to the newsletter.

Cookies are used on the website at www.loxone-campus.com. These are small text files that your browser stores on your device. We currently use cookies for the use of Google Analytics and cookies for the CRM of Zoho Corporation. Furthermore, so-called session cookies are used, which are necessary for the functionality of our services and are only stored for the duration of the visit.

4. google analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your browser and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookies about your personal use, including the IP address, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies by installing the browser plug-in available under the link.
We have concluded a corresponding contract with Google for commissioned data processing.
4.1 SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Facebook Pixel and similar tags or plugins are used on the Loxone website as part of social media marketing. We can use these tags to send you customized advertising content, for example about your surfing behavior on our website, via social media channels. These tags are also used to record certain actions, such as filling out forms. No personal information is transmitted, only anonymized statistical data. There is no way for us to identify who these tags. or performs actions. You have full control over your privacy settings on Facebook and can adjust them accordingly, more information can be found here.
With the help of “Custom Audiences” & “Lookalike Audiences”, we can target users more precisely with relevant content in advertising campaigns. The “Lookalike Audiences” are created exclusively by Facebook on the basis of anonymized characteristics and we have no access to the information or algorithms used for this purpose. We use these technologies for general marketing purposes and to provide our users with up-to-date information about Loxone. Further information on Facebook as an advertising medium can be found here.
4.2 MESSAGING SERVICES
By sending a start message to Loxone Electronics GmbH, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR that we may use your personal data (e.g. surname and first name, telephone number, messenger ID, profile picture, messages) for direct communication and the data processing required for this using the selected messenger. An existing messaging account with the respective provider is required to use this service.
The responsible provider of the messenger is WhatsApp, Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can find their privacy policy here.
You are aware that the respective provider receives personal data (in particular communication metadata) that is also processed on servers in countries outside the EU (e.g. USA) where an adequate level of data protection cannot be guaranteed. The Whatsapp Inc. is, however, certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law. Further information can be found in the privacy policy above. We have neither precise knowledge nor influence on the data processing by the respective provider.
Your consent to this data processing can be freely revoked at any time by entering “STOP” in the respective messenger.
To have all your data stored with our service provider removed, send a message with the text “DELETE ALL DATA” via your Messenger.
To provide this service, the technical service provider WhatsBroadcast GmbH, Herzog-Heinrich-Str. 9, 80336 Munich, Germany, as the sender’s processor.
5. google tag manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
The Google Tag Manager makes it easy to insert various tags on the website. When you visit our website, a connection to Google’s servers is established via software and data is transmitted to Google servers, some of which are located in the USA. The Tag Manager itself does not set any cookies.
