As much as for some people, bringing their four-legged friends might be part of their vacation, we also respect that there are others who want to enjoy their stay in a hotel without pets, as they might expereince allergies or anxiety. This is why your pet is not allowed to accompany you to the Loxone Campus. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive your deposit back in form of an unlimited value voucher. You can redeem this voucher at a new date for any services of our hotel or also use it as a gift.

In the entire Loxone Campus you have access to free highspeed internet.

To confirm and guarantee your booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost until 7 days after booking. If the payments are not received on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking.

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer to our bank account or conveniently with your credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Your booking is fixed as soon as we have received the deposit and you have received your booking confirmation.

To avoid costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance. For this we will publish our partner shortly, but you are welcome to do this with your own insurance. The premium amount of the cancellation insurance depends on the total amount of your booking.

Deposit by credit card:
We require your credit card number, expiration date and the name of the cardholder. You are welcome to send us the data by e-mail to booking@loxone-campus.com or by phone at +43 7287 7070-601. Your data will be deleted by us immediately after debiting.

If you book a room alone, a single supplement will automatically be charged at the time of booking.

Directly at the Loxone Campus there are enough free parking spaces as well as 50 e-charging stations available. Furthermore, there is the possibility to book parking spaces for mobile homes.

Our hotel is not specifically designed for the needs and desires of families and children. But of course families are welcome!

On the day of arrival, the booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you move into your room.

On the day of departure, please leave your room by 10 am.

Early check-in or late check-out according to availability at an extra charge and on request – mandatory confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival.

The following ATM and credit cards are accepted at our hotel: EC Maestro, Mastercard, Visa. You can also pay the total before arrival by bank transfer.
